Charles N. Schilke is an expert in Real Estate Development, Real Estate Finance, and Real Estate Law. Mr. Schilke has served as both Associate Dean of the Georgetown University Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Program, as well as holding a leadership position at Johns Hopkins University's Carey School of Business' Edward St. John Real Estate Program. An expert witness and member of SEAK, Chuck blends his unmatched industry experience to provide expert services to private individuals and commercial businesses alike on matters pertaining to land use, construction, contracts, and the real estate industry at large. He has commanded and spearheaded premier academic programs at top national Universities and peer associations in commercial real estate in order to serve future generations of real estate professionals globally. His experience outside of academia spans from creating Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) at Cadwalader, leading strategic national acquisitions and dispositions for portfolio asset management during the Exxon-Mobil merger, securing $135MM in bond financing for The American Red Cross' national real estate portfolio, condo and resort hotel development for Marriott International, and serving in various roles as an advisor on land use issues. Chuck has taught graduate semester-long courses, as well as guest-lectured for major universities on Real Estate Law, Real Estate Infrastructure, Structured Finance, International Real Estate, among others. 

During Mr. Schilke's tenure as both the founder of the program and Associate Dean, Georgetown University MPS/RE Program, Chuck launched this master's program with approximately 475 students in its first year. Chuck built out its career fair program and developed an innovative set of Executive Education offerings.
